Newbie

Hi,
I'm 20 and from Idaho. My husband and I cannot have children. We're, well I am looking into becomeing foster parents....he's not so sure yet. If i could get any info that would be awesome. I know I have to wait till i'm 21...and i'm sure we'll wait till we're better financially. Thanks
