Question What to expect during a pre-screeeing interview

We have our pre screening interview scheduled in 2 weeks. What can we expect? We already have 2 bio boys ages 7 and 5 and were looking for a child under 3yrs. I would like to know what to expect so that I can prepare my husband who is not totally open minded! Thanks so much!

My agency doesn't use anything called a "pre-screening interview" - in fact, I don't remember hearing anyone else post about one either.

Perhaps if you'd explain what you were told about it, it would match up with something posters here know by a different name.

Good luck anyway!
