Question about foster care!

For my Language Art class, I am trying to do a report on foster care, like how to become a foster parent, qualification to become a foster parent, effects of foster care on children and other things I do not know. I am having trouble where to begin. I do not know anything about foster care- I am only 14 years old- and I need to do this report. I want to know about foster care as much as possible. Help!!

Nerissa, Try this web site, www.fostercare.org/FPHP/ It will link you to many states. You could also ask your teacher to help you interview a social worker in your state.
