Robert Laramie (stands for "tears of love")
Robert Landon or Landen
Robert Lachlan
Robert Lawson
Robert Laken

My favorites are Laramie and Lachlan.

By the way, I like Robyn for a girl... I'm not big on the different spellings on a couple of those girl names you mentioned. I always thought that would get so confusing for the poor kids trying to spell them and for them having to correct all the mis-pronunciations. I love the name Amelia because my husband and I honeymooned on Amelia Island.

My opinion on the name Lincoln and nickname "Link"......what if he gets picked on for being the "missing link" ? I think that would open the door to too many jokes and insulting comments.

Spete - Can I ask what that stands for, or what your real name is? Everytime I see your signature I think of "Spiegl" (sp) on Lord of The Rings and it makes me picture that little creature slinking around and talking to himself with his split personalities. If you haven't seen that movie, then you have no idea what I'm talking about, but trust me when I say that he is a character you won't forget!

I know a little boy in my God Daughter's school named Lavar...like Lavar Burton.
My Birth Grandfather was Luther.
Not that I am particularly attached to either of those names, but I hadn't seen them on anyone else's list!

Sure--You may ask--they are initials!! No I have not seen the movie--not interested, but I can tell you I don't slink around and I don't have split personalities. I was going to change my name to something cute and catchy but can't seem to figure out I to do it. Everyone else seems to have some darling little name!!! With the exception of some!! I like the frog, so you could be "Frog-grl" or "Froggy"
Is there a fictional character that you Identify with?
a Disney cartoon maybe...or a pet...? or a favorite animal? Something that we can associate with that identifies your personality easily....?
