Halacy
Ok I love the name Halacy, did I make it up? I can't find this name in any baby name books.... Can anyone find the meaning of this name? What do you think of the name?

It makes me think of 'fallacy' (or is it prn ha-lay-see?) but it would be cute on a little girl
