I think the name Kayla Mirelle is beautiful, Mirelle has grown on me a lot, maybe as a first name? You're right about Kayla Taylor too.
I also like Kayla Anne. Thanks for your suggestions everyone!

I think Mirelle would make an excellent first name! It's beautiful -- in sound and appearance, meaningful, and not popular!

I do agree with you that Kayla sounds pretty, but it IS very popular. I'd hate for my daughter to share her name with lots of other kids. Someone said it's not as common as Jennifer but it really is -- Jennifer just peaked earlier. Kayla's been very popular for many years.

Merille

Mirelle is a beautiful name and not that popular.

I only know one person with a similar name, Marilla.

So if you want something pretty and different, it is a good
choice.

middle name

It really doesn't matter whether Kayla is a popular name or not as long as her parents like it and it goes with the last name. But I tend to avoid popular names also.

I like Mirelle. It's lyrical and unique. I was going to suggest Michelle, Noelle, Joelle - any of the 'elle' names because they go with any other name on the planet. Elizabeth also goes with anything and is a classic in every sense of the word.

This is a fun part of the journey. Enjoy.

Our daughter is Kayla Grace. We have her "only by the Grace of GOD"!! I love Kayla and Grace. Thought of calling her Gracie, but alot of them out there too.

I also love Grayse, or Grayson.
