Looking for male adoptee dob 11.09.66 Whakatane NZ

Looking for my nephew born 11.9.1966 and adopted out in Whakatane (or Rotorua?) New Zealand. Birth name possibly Shaun (or Sean). Birth parents' names Sandra and Tony. If anyone has any information or recognises place and date of birth please contact. Would love to hear from you. There will be a letter on file for you from me at Child Youth and Family, Adoption Information and Services Unit, Wellington.
