Looking for brother born in Sth Africa, Feb 1935

His mother, of Boer ancestry, was persuaded to give him up for adoption when expecting her second son (born Feb 1936) after desertion by their father, Philip Smith (possibly English). He was adopted by a South African mother and Australian father, and brought to Australia (possibly prior to WW2). Brother, Martin, now in England, would appreciate any assistance in locating him.
