You can probable get lots of info from the main special needs boards, lots of people there are raising kids with attachment disorder. There are also lots of books out there. Look for books by Nancy Thomas, and I am trying to think - Adopting the hurt child is one I read. There also websites that are good. Here is a list

10 year olds with attachment disorder are not fun. (Does that cover it?)

What kind of information are you looking for? There is a lot on the boards here, you can get Welcome to Attachment & Trauma Network* - ATN, and there are lots of books on attachment disorder.

just read Dandelion on my PIllow, Butcher knife beneath - by Nancy Thomas and am now reading Parenting the hurt child. HOnestly I read 100s of books prior to the adoption, but I couldn't take it all in until now - I'm living it...easier to read and apply the knowledge. Attachment Disorder | Nancy Thomas Parenting | Attachment.org | Reactive Attachment Disorder is a great website in my book...but there are so many places to get research. I agree that the special needs board gets a lot more traffic and if you have specific questions - they can get answered there. I do agree though - 10 years olds with AD are NOT fun...I have 2!
