Do you have Carolyn's date of birth or a middle initial? I am going to the courthouse this next week to look for marriage records and/or a birth certificate. Does your birth certificate give a city where she lived? There are two or three facilities in Little Rock that I know that girls from this area went to ...to give their babies up for adoption.

This is my first time to see this post, but the Carolyn I am looking for is Carolyn Garner or Duke. Her mother and step father is Nora Ernestine and Clyde Haywood Duke. I believe that she gave birth to a male child in 1950 maybe October. I would love to have any assistance you would be able to offer.

Carolyn Garner Duke, female child of Nora Ernestine and Clyde Duke gave a child up for adoption in Little Rock, AR in 1950/51 this was a male child and I am looking for this child~He would be my brother. I am registered with the adoption registry of Arkansas and would love any help I could get being that I live in california now and going to the courthouse isn't as easy now, I only get to go twice a year.

Carolyn's middle name was Ann and she was born a Garner, adopted at age 8 by Clyde H Duke and her biological mother's name was Ernestine Duke. Carolyn was born on 3-7-1936 and she gave her male child up for adoption in Little Rock, AR in 1950 or 51 while staying at the Florence Crittendon home. The child she gave up would be my brother.
