ISO Birthmom-Male 9/26/1967,Little Rock
I am helping my boyfriend to locate his birthmother. Here is the information we have:
Adopted Name: Jeffrey Cline Joyner DOB: 9/26/67, 10:16 pm Hospital: Baptist Hospital, Little Rock He was in an orphanage for about 5.5 months prior to the adoption, but we do not know the name. He also has reason to believe his birthname was "Michael". He has tried working through the state but the records are sealed. If anyone has any information at all, or ideas to help with the search it would be appreciated. He has already registered in th Adoption Database Registry, and ISRR. TIA, Julie
