I don't know much to tell you, you might contact a lawyer and maby they can give you better information than I can. If you were adopted in little Rock you might consider placing an ad in the news paper. I hope this helps, I know its not much to go on. My name is Kyla and I'm looking for a sister that was born eithr in 56/57/58 I'm not real for sure. My mother was from El Dorado, Ar but traveled from there to LR and to Chicago, Illinois, and to TX quite a bit. My sister's name is supposed to be Karen and Wyatt or (White ) is a name I've heard during my search, dont know if it's significant to either of our searches, but I'm looking desperately. I've placed ads in the newspaper but I have so little info I dont know where to go next! Any info you would be willing to share would be appreciated. Would there be the possibility of Karen being bi-racial? I have a photo at birth that is supposed to be me but after much research believe that it is as photo of my sister.
