James Franklin and Jimmy Wayne Chapman
Searching for Jimmy Wayne Chapman (born in SC early part of '65 )and James Franklin Chapman "Franky" ( dob 4/3/60 in NC)
that were left in Beaumont TX in 1971 and rest of family left the state. Franky attended the old LONGFELLOW ELEM (now the County school admin building)and quite possibly AUSTIN MID. Their last names would have changed. Just found out today that Franky's BC was pulled and sent to vital records in NC, on 6/27/73. No info on Jimmy. James' foster mother was possibly named Thelma or Velma, she was married and had at least one poodle. We are not sure what state they were adopted in since it was the corner of Texas. James was 13 when adopted...he would remember. Jimmy would have been 7 or 8 when adopted. Jimmy was dark skinned and had blonde hair and James "FRANKY" had blonde hair and blue eyes. Adoption
Go to yahoo- click on people search there are several James Franklin's and Jimmy Chapman or Wayne Chapman's in Arkansas. Hope this can help.. Tara**
