On my doctors paper work if it says baby girl white what does that mean?

ISO birth family born 11-15-83
Can anyone tell me if they know anyone who had a AA girl on November 15,1983 at the doctors hospital and the madien name was white.

I noticed that no one else has answered your question. Generally speaking, most hospitals would identify the sex and race of the child, so I would assume that you are a caucasion women...sound right? Hope that helps.
