Not to be too contradictory but I don't necessarily belive anymore the great need for the children. I have been licenesd for awhile and no childrne. But I have heard of some like myself that are licensed for 0 to 18 and still none and they have been licensed for years.

But I have also heard of some that have been placed immediately.

I have heard that they will only place children that young in a home with a stay at home parent. Pereferably a stay at home mom. Not sure I complete agree but that is what I am being told.
