Hi everyone!
I need some info and I supose some support too!
I received a call last Thursday to see if we wanted to be staff for a 3 1/2 yr boy and a 6 yr girl (Brother & sister) We will be license the end of March for adoption. The Health Dept will be here Monday to inspect our home. So we will be license for foster care too that's all we were waiting for. I'm not sure what to expect from them. What will they look at ? I have locks on my cabinets but does any one know what else I should be concerned with? The staffing is today and I will find out tomorrow if we are considered for these children. I'm very anxious and I'm going nuts. Does any one have any advice or thoughts I sure would appreciate it.
We live in the far west valley. Does anyone know of any Foster/adopt meeting or get togethers
