Searching For Donna Moffett, From Prescott, Arizona
I am searching for the birth mother of Amber Rose Corley, (no longer her name) born in Prescott Arizona on October 8, 1978 to Donna Moffett. Your daughter is desperately trying to find you. She is pregnant with her first child, (due any day) and there are some serious health concerns with the unborn child which may be hereditary in nature. A family medical history is much needed.
