I am looking for birthmom in Phx, Ariz. Birthmom's name at time of birth Sophie Rodriguez age 21 yrs old. Sophie had a baby girl born on March 17, 1965. Sophie lived in Phx at the time of her pregancy with another sister. Her location at that time would of been in the area of 24th st and Roosevelt. My name at birth was only baby Rodriguez. I was placed in a foster home in Phx and my adoption was done thru at that time the County Welfare Dept which is now DES. I was adopted when I was 14mths to a couple by the name of Richard and Jean Marshall of Phx. My foster home was in Phx location 16th Polk. Home of Mabel and William or Bill Sukalle. I have a birth-aunt whom I have had contact that lives here in Williams's Ariz. If anyone has info or leads please contact me.

Have you tried looking in the old city directories? You might be able to find her sister's name too, especially since you have an area of town to narrow it down to. I'm not in Phx or I'd try to help you.
