Searching for Half-Brother September 5, 1990
Hi I'm looking for my half-brother. I have been looking for awhile now and no luck and hoping someone can help me out. He was born September 5, 1990. I was told his name was "William Andrew *," not sure what his last name was at the time. I was told he was adopted in Phoenix, AZ by my adoption agency. I was born June 14, 1987 in Pennsylvania. My birth name was Christopher Michael Pelfrey. Our birth mother was Sandra Pelfrey/Sandra Schairer. She had 2 or more last names 2 as far as I know if someone could please help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thank You..
