I am searching for a cousin that was given up for adoption. She was born Judith Ann Blackford on 12/19/62 at Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. Her adoption took place in Phoeniz, AZ about Nov 1963 by attorney Gerald Tupper. I was told her adopted parents names were James and Carolyn Ray. She also has a brother born sometime in 1964 also adopted my the same family, possible name given was Lee.

Any help would be appreciated.

How sure are you on the adoptive parents names, I have been searching AZ records and the only names I have so far are a James F Ray and wife Carol M Ray, let me know what ya think... hope this may help

I am not 100 % sure on the names so it could be them. I was a very long time ago and all parties involved have either passed away or up there in age. So the information that I have is only as good as the memories are! What AZ records are you searching? What other information is availble on James F. & Carol M. Ray. Thank you for you help and time.
