Male born July 31, 1983
I'm looking for my birth parents. I was born July 31, 1983. My name is Jon. Please contact me.
Also, what is a "CI"? I remember my parents told me that their adoption caseworker person was named Elaine (I think), and I've seen other people refer to a "CI named Elaine". Thank you all.
