Hi, there are several places to check. Including the state.
Did you sign up or sign waivers and have them put into your file? REquest non id from the state. It could give you medical and background, which will help you. Joan ps there is another az group too. its http://groups.yahoo.com/group/arizonasearch_support check that database too.
