Baby Girl Montgomery 2/7/64 - Tucson, AZ
Still searching for birth parents/families. Was born at Tucson Medical Center Feb. 7, 1964. Relinquished to the Arizona Children's Home Association for adoption.Mother's maiden name was Montgomery and Father's last name is "Smith." Both were from the Phoenix area. Both were students at the time. Mother married in 65 - married name "Robertson" - has since divorced.
