I'm looking for my son, he was born on August 22, 1980 in Phoenix at the county hospital. I would like to let him know about his sisters and possibly get to know him.
I asked the agency to keep the information about me open in the records for him in case he wanted to find me, they said that they would but I don't know if they did.
The name I gave him was Ezekial Adams, but I don't know if they kept the name or not. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

First you should call the agency and make sure that your information is up to date. You can also sign a release giving permission to release all information about you if sought by him. I believe you will just need to have a notarized statement placed in the file. This will make everything go much quicker and more smoothly if he does request his records... Good Luck!! I don't remember the name of the agency and they were supposed to put a release of information in the file at the time of adoption so I really don't know where to start, so any ideas would be great!!!! Thanks for the response.
