Birth Idexx in Arizona?
Does anyone know if there is a birth idexx in Arizona that the public can view? I am trying to narrow down birth dates for 2 sibs and I know the bmoms name and maybe the father for 1 of them. I am unsure of Arizona info and laws. I know in Ohio I was able to put a petition in my adoption file stating that should anyone look for me they could pass along my contact info. Is there a form to allow me to do this in Arizona? I have already registered with the Isrr.

There is no birth index, but YES you can flag your file in Arizona with a notarized statement. Although if it is sibs you are looking for...the birthmother is the one who has to give permission to pass that info on. SO if the birthmom flags the file as open, then you can give your information to be passed on also. Hope that helps!

Birth mom
Ok well what if the birth mom is dead? She died back in 1973 and in Ohio. I do now have a death certificate I can send as proof. And do you know where to send all of this? And if I don't know the exact birth dates of the sibs will they still be able to match up her info to them?
Thanks Wendy |
