Don't know where to start looking...

That is where I was adopted from in 1971. They were around in 93 before my daughter was born but they were no help.

Now I know where to start looking. I finally found Family Services of Phx - they changed their name to Family Services of AZ. I went through this whole program called the Intermediary Program. It's been a in the works since October of 2000. On Thursday my Confidential Intermediary called me to tell me she had found my birth mother.

If you go through this process there still is a chance of not finding the people you are seeking but I just didn't want to live in wonder for the rest of my life. I also thought that this would cose a foturne but it didn't - less than $275.00.

My husband also was adopted through Family Services of Phx. We will need an intermediary too. Who did you use?
