ISO birthmother - 7/6/66 - phoenix
I am in search of my birth mother. I was born at St. Joseph's hospital in Phoenix, AZ on July 6, 1966. My adoption was handled by Family Services. I haven't filled a release form with them yet because I know it costs money which I don't have. I haven't used the mediator services of the state of Arizona because I don't live there anymore and I know it cost money, I just don't know how much. But if anybody knows anything about my birth date or ways that have worked in finding your birth family that doesn't cost a lot of money, I would grately appreciate knowing them.
