We have been working hard to give AdoptionForums.com a new look, and upgraded a few things. We also changed the location of the site, and you should have been redirected to where you wanted to go. There are still a few things that we have to work out, but for the most part, this is the new look and feel of the AdoptionForums.com website.

Is anyone having difficulty with the site technical people responding to emails about problems getting into chat?

For some reason I am not able to access the chat rooms on this new updated site. Above the screen we are invited to "please" contact them if we are having technical difficulties. I did so a week ago and no response.

It is a bit disconcerting when asked to request help if we are having technical difficulties and then ignored.

Has anyone found a way to get the tech people to respond/help? New and better doesn't make it if the site is inaccessible.
