Adopting Pregnant Sister's Child
Maybe someone can help me here...I have been taking care of my sister for the past 1 1/2 years. She is 15 years old and just recently found out she was pregnant. My sister lives with my husband and I because my mom has been trying to recover from drug addiction. I want my sister to have the best life possible and I don't think a baby would make her circumstances any better. My husband and I would like to adopt her child and she is eager to let us. The baby would always have a loving home, but at 22 I have no idea how to go about an adoption procedure. If anyone out there has any info it would be greatly appreciated.
