Hello to my adopted child: I hope all is well for you. I was 16 at the time of adoption. My parents took care of everything, I had no say what so ever in the matter. Sorry I see your intent, you are from The Island of St.Vincent, and you believe your sons adoptive parents are in Canada, do you know if they are in Alberta? I am not sure of the adoption laws for were you are, I will check into that for you, You were told his adopted name? I checked in the directory and found eleven numbers for a J Perron. Perron is a french name, are you aware of any background non id info on his parents? I will help if you like.
