Looking for birth family, DOB 06/29/1970, Calgary

Try this!!
Hi,
I too was born in Calgary,AB at the Calgary General in 1944. When I was looking for my mother and all I had was my birth name & my mothers name I went to a registery office (licences) and applied for a document called "Registration at Birth".This paper is filled out by the mother & stays with the hospital. From that form the birth certificate is made. On this form it has a lot more information, such as father name,birth place of mother, full name of mother before marriage (if she was married)occupation of parents.
