Baby Boy Micheal Pallin (at birth) Red Deer

I am in search of my brother. I think he was born around 1968-69-70 in that time frame. Mother was young at birth. He was named Micheal at birth, Unsure if he was named with Pallin as a last name as that was my mothers last name.
He would have been born in Red Deer Hospital, and I believe he was moved to Edmonton with a family and a lawyer in it.
He might have had curly sandy blonde hair. If this sounds like anyone you may know, let me know.
