First off, hope you have applied to the Post Adoption Registry Dept to put your name on their passive registry and as well have received non-identifying information about the family your son was adopted into


Second, Records are coming open in November, 2004 ~identifying information can be provided to you ~provided that the other party has not filed a veto,
get your application from

complete it and mail it in now,

the gov't will work on them in the order they were received, but won't start on them til November
