Looking for Mother & Father of a friend

She was born in 1967 in Anchorage, Ak. the names of the Father is Larry Meredith of Oklahoma, and he was in the Air Force in Anchorage in 1967. The Mothers name is Pamela L.Tillerson of Oklahoma and she was 19 at the time. She would like to find her natural parents for the history of her family. She is also still living in Alaska.
