In February 1998, I was told by the Adoption Agency that my birth daughter, Gena born on 13 April 1974, was looking for her birth parents. We talked about each other and discussed meetin someday. Her younger sister,Erin Schaber, born on 12 April 1977, was sent to Double Springs, Alabama for spiritual guidance. My birth daughter was so excited, she asked when I will be coming down to the Birmingham, Alabama area and can she contact and be with her sister. I explained in October 1998, I would be coming down to spend time with your younger sister, Erin Schaber and she can write her and even meet her an maybe start up a sister to sister relationship. When, October 1998, came and as I was leaving for the Double Springs area. Their birth mother called explaining, that someone had called her and explained that I was supposed to be coming down there to cause physical harm to my birth daughter and her adopted mother. Since then I have not heard a word from my birth daughter, who resides in the City of Hoover, Alabama. If she would like to reopen communications, please contact me and if not then I would like to wish her the best in the future.
