House Bill 690, which allows adopted adults age 19 or older a copy of their original birth certificate as well as the other documents maintained with the original record, was signed into law by the Governor May 25, 2000.

HI,
MY name is Angie and I have been looking for birth siblings both half and full birth brothers and sisters. I have reunited with some. I know I have a browas born 12-3-1960 and his name on the birth certificate was Ronald Joseph McConnell however his birth father's name was actually "Wells".

A couple of which the husband possibly Ralph Williams worked for the Mobile Press Register and he was thought to be married to a Kathryn. Their also is another son, Daniel Timothy that was thought to have been adopted by a George and Kathryn Jones. Kathryn Jones reportedly worked at Brookley Fields and transferred to Warner Robbins Georgia when Brookle Fields airforce base closed..
