Regina Mae Dec. mid to late 70's
I am looking for my sister whose birth name was Regina Mae Tarwater. I think her last name after adoption might be Davis, but I'm not sure. She was born shortly after Christmas, I believe, in the mid to late 70's. She was born in Alabama, and then moved to Wisconsin. Her birth mom's name is Ruth. She has a sister named Melissa Lynn who was also adopted by the same family. They were not adopted until they were about two and three years old. Please, please tell me if you have any info. Thanks.
