Born 7/22/82 in AL - searching for foster family
My name at birth was Jennifer Nichole Nelson. I was born 7/22/82 in Madison County, Huntsville, AL. I was placed in my first foster home at the age of 4 months. I believe I was placed with the family I am looking for when I was two years old and I was adopted on October 4, 1985 when I was three. My foster parents had two sons, Chris and James. I was in the oldest ones wedding but that is all I know about the family. If you know of how I can go about finding them please let me know. The state says that any information they had was in my closed file but there was nothing on the foster family and I know they don't hand out kids to strangers without keeping record of it.
