born in Birmingham AL, birth mother from Montgomery

I was born at Baptist Medical Center - Montclair in 1977. My birth mother was from Montgomery. She was a Johnston. I am looking for anyone that might know her or anyone in her family.
I don't want to disrupt anyones life, I would just like to get some medical info and maybe some closure. Thanks!
