Looking for agency...

We are looking for an agency to help us find a child. We are parents of two children, 5 and 2 and feel our family is not complete. We've hit alot of brick walls in our journey.

We are specifically looking for an AA child or biracial. There is a HUGE need there that we would like to help fill.

We are in Georgia but would consider working with an out of state agency. We've been told by a few agencies that NO birthmother would pick us because we have two children and are 25 year olds (well I will be in July.) So is there a way that the agency matches and not the birth mother? DFACS is not an option, they obviously aren't in any big hurry to return phone calls....

We are looking for an agency that can help us under the $15K range and not hold our ages or our children against us. Feel free to PM me.
