My husband and I are trying to decide on an adoption agency. We would prefer a local agency in order to limit travel and access ongoing support services. We are looking to adopt a bi-racial or AA infant and are considering using Adoption ARC or Adoptions from the Heart. If you have used either of these agencies and have any information about your experiences that you would be willing to share please PM me.

Also, if there are other recommendations for agencies for bi-racial/AA domestic infant adoption, please send me information. Thanks so much!

P.S. I've also seen many posts about adoptions costing under $10,000, which I find very interesting as all of the agencies that I've looked at are averaging $15-20k for total costs (including homestudy, placement, legal fees), and this is NOT including any living or medical expenses. If there are really agencies out that that are low-cost and reputable, please send any info my way.
