Starting a New Support Group in PA/NJ Area

Hi everyone! I have been away from the boards for quite sometime busy with so many different things. But I am still very appreciative of all the help I recieved here, I continue to refer people to the boards, because it really did help me a great deal.
Gavin is doing great and motherhood is soo wonderful. I wanted to post and let everyone know that I along with another adoptive mom will be starting a support group in the PA/NJ area. The group is is geared towards African Americans who are considering adoption, are currently adoptive parents, as well as adoptive parents who are parenting (or plan to parent) African American children.

If you live in or near the PA/NJ/DE area feel free to PM for more information about our group, and our 1st group meeting to be held next month.

Hi there - Just a note to let you know I will be at the January meeting - last few months have been hectic. Me and my FS look forward to seeing you on the third Sat in January.

Also have a male friend who is at the beginning stages of thinking of adoption. He will probably be with me. Let me know if plans change...

If not please pm your email address so I can add you to our list. If you did my apologies. It is hard keeping screen names, email addreess and real names straight!
