matched and waiting
My husband and I live in Florida and was matched with a birthmother in Georgia. Our birthmother is having a really rough time and we have considered inviting her to stay with us for the next 6 weeks until the baby is born. Has anyone out there every had the birthmother come to stay with them and if so how did that all work out? Need help.

I have not had that situation, but there was a post in the "General Adoptive Parents" forum that discussed this - if I can find it I will repost.
I remember people giving the advice, depending on how long she will be staying with you (after the birth?), that you may want to see if a friend or family member has an extra room that she can stay in...due to the fact that emotions are high after the birth (for all involved).
