Is it possible to adopt from Liberia as a non-Christian?

I haven't been able to find any agencies that do Liberian adoptions for non-Christians. Does anyone know of any? I know it's possible in Ethiopia, another country we're considering.

I know that AFAA is a non-christian agency.
