Any experience with Heart to Heart?

Looking at some postings but would like to know if anyone is familiar with this agency. I've heard good and bad things...
How do you pick an agency?

Post Hello Jane!

I haven't heard of this agency, but when I try to find out which ones are getting flagged for bad ethics, I usually check out this site first:

www.theadoptionguide.com/aawarn.htm

Don't know if it helps you or not, but I hope so!

Any one else heard or used Heart to Heart?

BTW, Jane - if it's a "branch" office, do try to remember that not all branches are run the same way. Agencies can offer guidelines to each branch, but it is up to the director of that branch to make sure that those guidelines are enforced properly.

For me, the way we chose Bethany - was one night we were feeling overwhelemed and discouraged from everything we had been reading. So we asked God to specifically give us the name of someone to speak to.

And He did via a flyer through the mail the very next day!

Sometimes, it's hard to know how long to hang onto an agency you've put both a lot of time and money into and when to pull up the stakes and go somewhere else. The best thing I know to tell you, is if you feel in your spirit that something isn't right; pray about it for confirmation and then act on it - even if that means having to start with another agency.

Thats very hard to do. My prayers are with you!

Holly
