adopting in Georgia

Is anyone out there adopting in Georgia from the foster care system?

My husband and I are in the process of this. Wanted some feedback from others who have already been through it, or are currently going through it.

Has it been worthwhile? Frustrating? Effecient (ha! ha!) Ineffecient? Any stories would be helpful.
