My name is Brenda Rea and I will be hosting this forum along with Holly Noel and I want to welcome all to this site. I have two boys by domestic infant adoption but am also an e-mail list manager for a Christian support group involved in adoption so I hope I can answer your questions about adoption or at least point you in the right direction. I am glad the Lord has led me here and pray that I can give back some of the blessing and help that I have received.

Hi Brenda!

You already know me but for those who don't, I am Kelly. I have four daughters, ages 10, 10, 9, & 5.

The oldest is our bio daughter. The nine year old was adopted from Guatemala 4 years ago at 5-1/2. The other two were adopted from Colombia last October. It is hard to believe that it has been 9 months already.

Hi all!
I am Sandy and we have 3 adopted kids, all domestic...Our boys are 20 and 16 years old and our daughter is 14 years old. Our oldest was a closed adoption we opened when our son was two and our other adoptions were open from the beginning. We are also dealing with a special needs child, our youngest, so welcome others who are dealing with these issues.

What a joy to have a place to share our joys and struggles!!

My name is Holly and I'd like to welcome you too - especially you Brenda! Thanks for helping me out on this site. I look forward to getting to knowall of you better!

I'm an adoptvie Mom to Anthony Dean who is six months old! He's a sweety and I'll be posting pictures soon as I can figure out how.

Anthony's adoption will be finalized the first weekend in November and we cannot wait!
