Working through relationship with birth mother
We are matched with a 22-year old birthmom due in late Sept 08. She is a good kid but has made some seriously bad decisions in her life. She seems to be looking to me as her mother (she has a mother) and although I am flattered I'm not sure how to handle her occasional button-pushing and hissy fits. She asked if I would buy her a TV yesterday because she's bored in the studio apartment we are paying for her to live in!
I need help in how to handle a 22-year old going on 15-year old birthmom!

Refer her to your agency/attorney. They are the ones that need to be dealing with this.
It is NOT your job to be her parent or her support person.
