Tuesday Topic

If you celebrate Christmas what is your tree topper?

We have this stuffed reindeer that we are using this year. It is hilarious.

Usually I use an angel, but this year my 7 year old insisted we use his "pyramid" made out of white and red straws.

It's uhm....growing on me? LOL! Nah...it's cute but of course it's his admiration and pride looking at it that is the best!

We use an angel that my son and I brought together, after the star I had from my childhood broke, before I got married to my husband. Of course I looked at it this year and I may have to replace it soon. The plastic underneath is discolored from the lights that are on it and she is looking a little crooked.

I have an angel that I bought the first year my dh and I were married. It's been on the tree every year but one. One year when my now, 16 yr old son, was little he made me a star on a toilet paper tube. He worked so hard on it and was so proud of it. We used it for our tree topper that year. I still have it and place it in the tree now.

Normally we have an angel but last year DH just could not get her to stay on the top of the tree so we switched to a more cooperative star.

I'm like momagain---I have several, it just depends on what will stay on. We have an angel, a Father Christmas, a Star of Bethlehem and a Moravian star. This year it's the Moravian star.
