Another year has gone by and we are celebrating our 3rd Thanksgiving with our daughter. I just believe that time has gone by so quickly. How do you make it slow down??? Please join in on what you are thankful for this year?

My health is good, my daughter is making great strides in speaking , and I have a family that loves us deeply and vice versa.

This is our second Thanksgiving with Lilly, and it is a thrill to be her mama. To hear her vocabulary expanding daily, to see her practice her new-found skill of walking, and just to get to be the one she calls mama. What a joy and what a blessing!

I'm also thankful for my wonderful and loving husband who is a teriffic daddy, and the blessing of having our families nearby.

I was very very grumpy on my LONG commute into work this morning, so I was struggling to feel grateful for anything! But it's amazing to me that we are celebrating our 3rd Turkey Day with our DD and as much as I'd like to freeze her sometimes, it just keeps getting funner and funner!

Isn't that right! I wish sometimes for the baby stage but am loving the new life Kelcee is growing into. Glad you are in a better mood!

I'm thankful for my family of course and this last week I was reminded just how much I really am. My brother had a tumor removed along with some other surgery in his intestines and it all came out well. Made me realize though that with the loss of our parents years ago, it's just me and him from our "nuclear" family and while I of course now have my family of dh and the kids, I'd be devastated to lose my only brother! So yes...much to be thankful for!

Thankful that we have people that still volunteer to fight for our freedom and country and willingly give their lives if necessary.

I have a warm home, running water, and food on my table and while we work hard to gain the things we do in life, I'm thankful we have the opportunity to do so.

I'm also thankful for oreo cookies and coffee.

I am celebrating my 2nd Thanksgiving with my daughter. I am thankful that she is happy and healthy and had an easy time bonding with me over the last year. I am thankful that this year I can understand what she is trying to communicate to me. I am thankful for almost all the changes she has brought to my life over the last 15 months. I am hoping that next year I will be thankful for not being a broke as I am this year.

This is our 2nd Thanksgiving with our son. We took placement 2 days before Thanksgiving and I am thankful each and everyday to have him our lives. I am thankful to have such a wonderful husband that is a great father to our son. Above all I am also thankful to have a wonderful relationship with his birthmom and family that I treasure as well. We are all blessed to have our children and my wish is for everyone to enjoy the day and cherish the memories we have with our families.

Crick, I am glad to hear your brother's surgery went well....That must have been scary. I hope he is recuperating well.

Denise, my DH is photo-obsessed person, but thank gosh. I feel like we have "frozen" her on just about every day on film or video!
